Industrial Technique, s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovak Republic is certified according ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 140001:2004 standards. The audit was performed by DET NORSKE VERITAS, Sweden.
Industrial Technique s.r.o is certified according ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards it is mean that we work according this standards and we have own quality and environmental management system.This certificate confirm the commitment to quality and care of natural environment in sales, servicing, and calibration of industrial power tools, provision of complete solutions, and aftermarket products. It guarantees the compliance to standards, as certified companies are afterwards audited every 12 months. The certificate demonstrates that our operations aim to satisfaction of our customers and we are striving for continuous improvement. We are a certified partner for all other certified business partners.
The certificate confirms the year-long efforts of the whole customer center team. But not only on management level, most of the work was done in research, developement and implementation of processes by each individual customer center employee.
